Scott Patrick
Owner / Estimator
Scott is our current Co-Owner, President, & Estimator who has been in the business over 25 years. He was originally brought to the Carpet Specialists team as a showroom salesperson. He then moved out into the field as an installer, and then a commercial salesperson. Scott loves the overall experience of helping customers with their flooring needs and creating an enjoyable, friendly environment, in both our showroom and people’s homes. He loves being a part of a solid company that cares about its employees and being able to continue to grow. In his spare time he enjoys shooting pool, golfing, and watching the Green Bay Packers.

Tim Teall
Owner / Installer
Tim is our current Co-Owner, Installer & Computer Tech who has been in the business over 23 years. He was hired originally for installation, which he still does today. He enjoys the change of scenery on a daily basis and watching all of our products transform a home. Tim loves the pride Carpet Specialists has in what we do that has bred success. He would love for his kids to one day take over business and see them be successful. In his spare time he enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, camping, amateur radio, and getting muddy with his ATV.

Randy Teall
Estimator / Sales Associate
Randy is the original owner of Carpet Specialists when he opened shop in 1986. There were a few store location moves until he passed it down to Tim & Scott in 1995. Randy is currently in sales and does a lot of our estimating. He loves helping people with their projects, and figuring out a solution if problems arrive. Randy is still very proud to be a part of the Carpet Specialists team he first created and loves being independent in his job. He loves to hunt and fish, golf, and go on long motorcycle rides when he’s not working.

Debby Niehaus
Controller
Debby was originally hired for data entry in 2002, and is now the Controller of the business. She takes care of everything to do with the everyday tasks of the store. She loves meeting new people that come into our showroom .everyday and the good work environment Carpet Specialists provides. Outside of work, Debby enjoys spending time outdoors.

Connie McCormack
Sales Associate
Connie started with Carpet Specialists in 2008 as a salesperson. She has expanded from sales and now helps out with office work and pricing. She enjoys interacting with customers and receives great satisfaction while helping customers with their project needs from start to finish.

Frank Vanek
Sales Associate
Frank has been with Carpet Specialists since 2002 and was originally hired for installation. His current position now includes both residential and commercial sales. He enjoys seeing all the changes in the flooring industry with technology and is amazed at the advances in the last 30 years. Frank enjoys working for Carpet Specialists because we are not afraid to take risks and do things in different ways or introduce new products that aren’t “the norm.” He plans to continue to meet customer needs and help Carpet Specialists continue to be customer oriented. Frank enjoys fishing, primarily ice fishing when he’s not at work.

Dan Scanlon
Warehouse Manager
Dan has been with Carpet Specialists for 8 years as “Dan, Dan, the Warehouse Man.” He is in charge of inventory in our warehouse, preparing materials, loading and unloading delivery trucks, and delivering products. He enjoys working with his fellow employees. Dan hopes his back holds out for him until he can retire. Outside of work, he enjoys woodworking and building.

Sheryl Ring
Warehouse
Sheryl has been with Carpet Specialists since May 2003. She was originally hired as an installer, going to whatever install job she was needed at. Today, Sheryl does our carpet bindings, helps out in the warehouse, and any other miscellaneous job we need her help with.

Mick Ollila
Installer
Mick has been with us as an installer since 2008, with a specialty in solid surfaces. He loves the detail oriented work, meeting new people, and how quickly the end of the day comes. He enjoys the family-like atmosphere of Carpet Specialists. Outside of work, he enjoys woodworking, camping, golfing, and spending time with his wife, daughters, grandchildren, his beagle named Stanley, and friends.

Mike Trudell
Installer
Mike has been with Carpet Specialists since 1995 as an installer. He installs everything from tile, to hardwood, to carpet. He loves the different job locations and settings every workday brings. He enjoys working with his fellow Carpet Specialists employees. When he’s not at work, he enjoys golfing and fishing with his kids.

Gary started with Carpet Specialists in May 2008 as an installer, with a specialty in solid surfaces. He enjoys new challenges everyday and meeting new people. He also enjoys the co-workers within the Carpet Specialists family and believes every day is a good day. Outside of work, his hobbies include spending time with family, camping, and fishing.

Brandon Owens

Brandon has been with us since 2009 as an installer of carpeting. He loves the people he works with at Carpet Specialists and staying physically active on the job. Outside of work, he enjoys working on and driving anything with a motor and wheels.

Mat has been with Carpet Specialists since March 2005 as an installer. He installs all of the products we have to offer. He enjoys seeing how happy the customer is when the installation is done and the variety of his work day.

Dave Cain, Jr.
Installer Helper
Dave started with Carpet Specialists in the spring of 2009. He is one of our tile installers and enjoys the variety of work from day to day. He loves that there is never a dull day at Carpet Specialists. Outside of work, he enjoys mountain biking and spending time at camp.
